Welcome to Aurora Chess Club website. We are a small club located in the town of Aurora, Ontario. In November 2011, a small group of players decided that the town of Aurora needed a chess club where people could connect, meet, and play.
We are an independent entity that welcomes all people who share this common interest. Over time we intend to add a rich amount of content to the website, including local and world news, games played by local players, information relevant to a community club, and interesting informational posts that will encourage existing members to play more chess, new players to participate, and all of us to have great fun battling over the board. We want to make chess exciting, inspiring, and above all entertaining!
